Wow! Just think of everything you’ve read and heard about setting and reaching your goals! This is different. This program helps us to understand that goals are not rigid commitments we make with ourselves that are “written in stone,” but rather flexible, co-created journeys. We’ll describe how to LISTEN to divine messages of guidance to form those thoughts that define our goals, how to keep from getting anchored in goals we’ve set that no longer will reflect our “co-created best,” how to stay open and receptive to guidance that prompts us to evolve our goals, and how to ACT in harmony with that guidance to reach our goals.
