As we step into a new year, we're challenged to move beyond the typical resolutions about physical health and finances to focus on something far more transformative: acknowledging God in everything we do. Drawing from Psalm 95 and Proverbs 3, this message reminds us that worship isn't merely an optional activity we fit into our schedules—it's an obligation of God's creation and a pathway to unprecedented spiritual growth. We're called to worship with bold, unrestrained praise, not waiting for feelings to motivate us but moving deliberately toward God through disciplined action. The imagery of bowing down and kneeling before our Maker isn't about physical posture alone; it's about positioning our hearts in complete submission and dependence. When we worship, we're not bringing our problems to God hoping for solutions—we're bringing gifts of thanksgiving to the One who is superior over all creation and sovereign over every circumstance. The powerful truth emerges: we become what we worship. If we want to be transformed in 2026, we must examine the gods of our lives—those things that consume our energy, resources, and focus—and choose to redirect everything toward the one true God who holds all things together.
