From high school through college, I talk honestly about the struggles I faced, the insecurities I carried, and what it was like trying to feel confident while dealing with breakouts.

I reflect on what actually helped me along the way, including learning to give myself grace, remembering that acne is just a part of being human, and accepting that it’s okay to struggle. I also share practical things that helped me manage acne, along with the role my faith played in reshaping how I view myself.
