Martin Kpebu, the lawyer for Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Dr. Benjamin Agordzo, has threatened to sue the state for malicious prosecution. This follows an Accra High Court’s ruling in the alleged coup plot trial involving ACP Agordzo and eight others.
