Our special guest for this episode is Shiori Nagata, a former member of Japan’s national women’s handball team! 🤾‍♀️

After competing at the Tokyo Olympics, Shiori retired from professional handball and began a new chapter in her life.

Through working in the corporate world and studying in Denmark, she eventually found her path into coaching.
