In this short episode, I share a few simple practices I come back to when I’m being particularly unkind to myself. One comes from the traditional Hawaiian Hoʻoponopono prayer:
I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
The other is a mantra I’ve used during spiral moments:
Free my mind. Open my heart.
This is a quick listen, like a little reset. If you’ve been hard on yourself lately, I hope it meets you where you are.
I’ll be off the grid for a week (Croatia, baby!)—so consider this a mini pause before I’m back with more episodes.
