Sam Macdonald ('SJ The Kiwi') is a game designer who lives in Terra Mystica (New Zealand). He is the designer of the Circadians series of games and, with his co-designer at Garphill Games Shem Phillips, the West Kingdom series.

He joined Ejay and Superczarny to talk about his games and his view of Terra Mystica as a game designer. Also, 'cursed problems' in game design.
