Hi, I'm Brynne B. Nelson, the host of The Tuesday Morning Principle Podcast. Our guest today is Brother Pryce Nelson, who is a Millennial with some beautiful thoughts for us. We are talking about acting and not being acted upon!
I have a book (The Tuesday Morning Principle: a Millennial's Guide to Daily Gospel Living) out on Amazon; the link is here:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TX15J3R/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=the+tuesday+morning+principle&qid=1611604440&sr=8-1
The Tuesday Morning Principle is the idea that the Gospel of Jesus Christ should be practiced on a daily, average, ordinary-life basis, as well as tips on how to do that.
Here's an overview of some of the questions we ask Brother Nelson:
1.We’re talking about acting, as opposed to being acted upon. In simple terms, why is this an important thing to do?
2.How does acting vs being acted upon apply to us as spiritual beings in physical bodies?
-how does acting apply to personal growth, particularly as we look in hindsight?
How did the Savior show and teach us how to do act rather than be acted upon?
Do you have any Personal experiences you’d like to share?
Tune in for some wonderful thoughts!
Can you contact me? What about following me on social media?
