This week I'm talking "The Arts" in Rotary with the "Happiest Man In Rotary" Micheal Lapina. Ok, "the happiest" title I gave Micheal, but once you meet him I'm sure you will agree. We are talking the arts in Rotary, and in the next few weeks we will talk to Micheal's Roteract son Alex, who is bringing the arts to the world as well.
