Today I am touching on a topic that aligns to a lot things going on in this current time in the world: Action Speak Louder Than Words.

This phrase, Actions Speak Louder Than Words, can be associated to so many things…. It could be in relation to a friendship… it could be in relation to your boo thang…. But today this focus will be on Corporations…

"We do not have time for just words any more. We need action plans. And to use corporate lingo we need SMART goals. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-based goals. Every corporation should have a visible action plan on their site by the latest end of year in my opinion. It doesn't have to be perfect but we have to see something......Corporation were able to come up with actions surrounding the pandemic in weeks. We need the same energy… even more towards the pandemic of racism."
