Mankind is full of prejudice. Socially accepted and projected archetypes and stereotypes lead us to judge and discriminate others, without our conscious knowledge, and likewise leads others to do the same to us.
If we recognise how we outwardly appear and traits that we may (unknowingly) carry around with us, then we may also be able to neutralise the story we tell with our bodies.
Likewise by learning to acknowledge that our subconscious mind has a tendency to pigeonhole others who's actions affect us (without obvious reason) we can open up a new perception of the world, ourselves and use this to control our emotions, phobias and biased opinions of the world around us.
