Few places in Scripture give such a long-winded condemnation of the human species as does Romans 1-18 through 3-20. Paul doesn't care about being winsome or nice, nor does he care in that long section about feelings. He cares that we are -shook up- to our real condition-condemnation-in order to seek a real solution-justification, propitiation, redemption, GOD.--In Romans 3-21-26, he moves from condemnation to several actions the Father takes through Christ Jesus in order to save us. --What are those actions-
