My name is Zuleima Castellanos Saavedra. My training group (ficha) is 3336423.  My instructor is Leonardo Jaimes.  The name of this activity is "Attitudes, Beliefs, and Responsibilities in Academic and Work Contexts." In my opinion, my academic and work experience has helped me become a more responsible, disciplined, and confident person. I currently work as a cleaning assistant at Nike offices, where I have learned the importance of responsibility, teamwork, and respect. If I work with commitment and discipline, I improve my skills every day. If I continue studying and learning, I will have better job opportunities in the future. If I were a team leader, I would listen to my coworkers, motivate them, and make responsible decisions. I believe that flexibility and adaptability are essential because they help us face changes, solve problems, and achieve our goals in both academic and work environments.
