Every three years the best harp players in the world gather in Bloomington for the USA International Harp Competition. Of course the IU Jacobs School of Music is involved, but the competition itself is an independent organization relying heavily on volunteers. Deb Pekin is looking for host families willing to share their home with visiting performers. There’s lots of other stuff you can do to help out too.
