The City of Bloomington is no longer vacuuming leaves raked to the curb. Residents must now bag their leaves or find some other use for them – like composting. If you need help raking and bagging leaves or figuring out what else you can do, a new volunteer program is connecting neighbors in need with volunteers ready to help.
