Stages Bloomington is the only local theater company that fills all acting roles with youth. From building sets to the final performance, kids are in charge of every aspect of each production. Right now a troupe of local kids in grades 3 through 8 are hard at work prepping for a run of “Alice in Wonderland” with public performances April 17th through April 19th at The Warehouse at 1525 South Rogers Street. Managing Director Marc Tschida says the Stages Bloomington educational mission means that instead of actors serving the show, the show serves them.
