CliftonStrengths has long been used as a tool for positivity to elevate the strengths of people and heighten understanding around how to better communicate and collaborate as teams. More than ever, in these times of transition and stress, awareness of strengths, and how to activate them is an opportunity for us all to thrive.

1) A brief understanding and overview of CliftonStrengths.
2) How learning and living Strengths is particularly relevant during this time of uncertainty.
3) Ideas around how to use strengths for positive impact as we transition into a new normal.
About the speakers:
Once upon a time, Michele and Tricia went to the same church, middle school, and high school. In 2019, they reconnected for coffee and chatted about shared values and beliefs and quickly realized their skills were quite complimentary. Michele's work coaching small to mid-sized businesses on vision, strategy, process, and accountability, coupled with Tricia's focus on strategic alignment, communications, and engagement make a powerful combo. And so, began a collaboration designed to help individuals and businesses grow.
