Today, joining the Sun and Pluto in sign of the water-bearer, is Mercury and the New Moon.

This can feel like a lot of mental energy—wild new thoughts, atypical solutions to problems we’ve had for a while, sudden and unexpected synchronicities—all of which sound like a good time. Excess mental energy, which is always in it’s activated state does burn out, cause over-thinking, and a slow detachment from our feelings, our body and our lived reality.
