Active Imagination from Carl Jung

Listen Later

"The difference between a king and a man is that the king doesn't look away." For this Mindful Monday episode, I break down my favorite way to work on things like fear, nervousness, or lack of clarity. It's a journaling exercise called 'active imagination' that was established by the great psychologist and philosopher Carl Jung. Rather than repressing our acting like our negative emotions aren't there, we can work through them with exercises like this as we continue our journey to reach our peak performance. Enjoy!
