in this episode i decided to touch on one of my goals of this year which is listening more, talking less-- and when i am speaking making sure that what im saying is rooted in good intention and is articulated thoughtfully. at the end i challenge my brain a little bit bringing in one of the claims i made in my theology class and trying to implement my thought into a real life scenario. enjoy!
