Many people find therapist to be something they can get away with not seeking out. I simply seek out ways to manage stressful situations and use her as a resource to help myself remain calmer longer periods of my life. I personally rushed through my days without a break and never found time to breathe I'd have low patience for myself and others. Only helping myself can I really be there for others. I've struggled to find a therapist that helps me and this type of therapy was a free part of my benefits.
