The CPSC and the Manhattan Toy Company are recalling Activity Loops.  The tubes on these toys are prone to detach and release small plastic rings that create choking hazards for children.  About 2700 of these toys were sold in the US and about 472 were sold in Canada at specialty stores and online at manhattantoy.com.  If you have these toys at home, take them away from your kids and return them to the place of purchase for a refund.  If you need more information or wish to return them directly to the company via prepaid shipping, contact the Manhattan Toy Company at 1-800-541-1345 or via email at [email protected].
