Today we have Atlanta actor and my friend Lauren Buglioli on the podcast. Lauren't first audition was at 6 months old and she has been acting ever since. She's what I would call a Triple Crown as she's lived now in New York, LA, and now Atlanta. We talk a lot about mental health and staying strong and compassionate for ourselves as this road is long and full of disappointments. During the interview Lauren also shares one of the BEST audition horror stories I have ever heard (while also my heart absolutely broke for 18 year old Laura). I had such a lovely time.
