Jesus, after His resurrection, spends 40 days with His disciples, speaking about the kingdom of God. He commands them to wait for the Holy Spirit before ascending into heaven. The apostles return to Jerusalem, and Matthias is chosen to replace Judas as the twelfth apostle.
