Welcome to The Safe Space
As the number of believers grows, Paul sets out on a second journey—determined to strengthen the churches across Syria and Cilicia. Along the way, Greeks and Jews alike begin to believe, and the message of Jesus spreads with unstoppable momentum.
But not without resistance.
In Philippi, a possessed slave girl follows Paul, crying out the truth about who he is—until he casts the spirit out of her. What should have been a moment of freedom sparks outrage instead, and suddenly Paul and Silas are beaten, stripped, and thrown into prison.
Chained in the darkness, they choose to sing praises to the LORD.
Then, without warning—the earth shakes. Foundations crumble. Doors fly open. Every prisoner is free.
Yet no one runs.
A desperate jailer, certain all is lost, prepares to take his own life… until Paul’s voice cuts through the chaos, stopping him just in time. That single moment changes everything.
And still, the journey presses on.
From Thessalonica to Berea to Athens, the message spreads—welcomed by some, fiercely opposed by others. Crowds gather. Truth is questioned. And in a city full of idols and ideas, Paul stands before skeptics and philosophers, revealing a truth they never expected.
Some listen. Some laugh. Some believe.
And as the message pushes into unknown territory, one question lingers in the silence—
Who will believe… and what will it cost them if they do?
Verse of the Day: Matthew 6:26-27
"Look at the birds of the air, they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And can any of you by worrying add a single hour to your span of life?
Question of the Day:
Have you watched a carefree sparrow recently?
