The gospel of Jesus opposes Idolatry.

<li style="font-weight:400;">There is a two fold challenge to this text - what is the idolatry that you need to reject for the sake of the kingdom? Does your life, your faith, does it rub this world the wrong way? </li>
<li style="font-weight:400;">Its both interesting and important that it isn’t Paul specifically that is causing the stir here in Ephesis - it is the Christians - the movement of the gospel in all of these people.</li>
