Paul’s Defense Before the Jews

Episode 43 - After being rescued from the violent mob by Roman soldiers Paul preaches to the crowd from the stairs. As he recounts his conversion testimony they are all “ears” until he gets to the phrase “I will send you to the Gentiles”. Once again this stirs up the crowds and Paul is brought into the Roman soldiers barracks to be examined under scourging. Paul’s Roman citizenship saves him from such a fate; Paul being born a citizen. Recorded on Feb 14, 2022. Running time: 30 minutes
