Last Sunday, we began exploring the origin story of the church. The Holy Spirit descended on the disciples of Jesus in a miraculous way, which drew a huge crowd.

In the midst of all the excitement and confusion, Peter stood up and explained to the crowd what they were witnessing. This week, as we continue in Acts 2, we’ll see Peter quickly shift gears. After clarifying what was happening, he tells them why it was happening and how they need to respond.
