Paul is still imprisoned and the Jews are plotting to kill him. Paul is brought before Festus and King Agrippa and defends himself and asks to be sent to Rome. 

Paul is believing God's faithfulness for his life. He's remembering promises made to him and choosing to believe that God will accomplish what he has promised.
