Imagine what would happen if a crisis arose somewhere in the world, and the president’s advisors couldn’t find him because he was vacuuming the carpets in the dining room! That wouldn’t happen because the authority to clean carpets has been delegated to someone else. In the church, delegation of authority is important as well. the pastor cannot do everything!
