The Stoning of Stephen21st in a series from the Book of Acts - Acts 7:37-60 recorded in my home studio Citrus Heights, California. Continuing with Stephen's discourse on Israel’s history we see it come to a climax when he brings the allegations of the death of Jesus to the Jewish nation. The response of course is not taken well, as they are filled with rage and stone him. Stephen, following the Lord's example, asks the Lord to forgive their sins and that the Lord would receive his spirit. As he looks into heaven, he sees the Lord standing at the right hand of the father. An important note is that the clothes of those who stoned him were laid at the feet of a young man named Saul.
