Paul is now on perilous journey where:   The centurion allows Paul to go ashore to see his friends The crew needs to shelter in place for the winter, but nobody wants to stay in Fair Havens Against Paul's expert advice, the centurion takes the bad advice of the ship's captain The ship encounters a terrible wind in the Mediterranean  The crew is forced to dump cargo and let the ship go where the wind takes it Paul tells the men "I told you so," and then gives them prophecy   Hey!
