ACTS of the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is the central figure in the Book of Acts. This wonderful book not only reveals the beginnings of the early Church, it uncovers how the early believers triumphed in the face of bitter persecution. From their example, we learn how to share with those who have not yet trusted Christ as their Savior and how to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Acts 4:23-5:42. Satan’s attacks came from without and from within. First through the intimidation of the religious leaders and then through the hypocritical and deceptive behavior of two people who claimed to follow Christ. Yet God protected the church through it all!
