Actually About Japan

Konnichiwa my friends!! My name is Owen Meyer best known for my work on TNN's flagship series TNN Weekly, TNN Reviews, and most recently Anthropocene Explorations with Owen Waunn from 2021. One thing that I didn't mention in the production of any of those shows was my love for Japan, anime, and Japanese culture and language in general. This podcast is an endeavor by me to explain and document my time spent studying in Hirakata City at Kansai Gaidai University as a member of the Asian Studies Program. I'm sure it will be a crazy ride, and I'll try to chronicle it to the best of my abilities.
