In this episode I am joined by Dr. Jill Blakeway, a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, a licensed and board-certified acupuncturist, and a clinical herbalist. Jill founded the Yinova Center in 1999 and currently acts as Clinic Director alongside her husband, Noah Rubinstein. As a practitioner, she is known for her intuitive approach to Chinese medicine and particularly for her skills as an acupuncturist and energy healer.

Some of the things we discuss are her story with interstitial cystitis (and how she healed herself), the use of herbalism and acupuncture for chronic pain,  the natural ability your body has to heal, small ways in which you can shift your mindset & so much more.
