A BIT ABOUT ADAM
Adam Berkowitz is the passionate founder and president of Simpara HR, a modern HR and benefits firm with a focus on a more efficient, people-focused approach. After a decade in the field, Adam decided he needed to find a better way to do HR. Determined to do so, he founded Simpara in September 2016.
Due to his excellent work during Simpara’s first 18 months, Adam was named a 2018 Rising Star in Advising by EBA Magazine. Previously, he was inducted as a 2017 Charter Member Certified Professional through the Health Rosetta Institute and honored as a part of the 2015 Class of 30 Under 30 by the St. Louis Business Journal.
Adam is a Certified Registered Health Underwriter. He has been featured in an array of media channels, including WSJ, NPR, St. Louis Post Dispatch, EBA Magazine, and Kaiser Health News.
