Adam is a certified executive coach and advisor who works with Founders, CEOs/CXOs, and high-potential leaders at high-growth startups, mid-size companies, and Fortune 2000 organizations. He also is on call with several top-tier investment firms to coach their portfolio company executives.
Prior to coaching, Adam was a successful executive leader, holding roles as CEO, COO, President, and GM at public, private equity, venture-backed and bootstrapped businesses ranging in size from 10+ to 1,000+ employees, some growing at upwards of 50+%.
But the journey to get there was rocky. Earlier in his career, Adam relied on achievement for his sense of self-worth, resulting in some significant challenges that almost caused him to exit the leadership path entirely. Instead, he rebuilt his leadership style from the ground up based on his own core values, and ended up getting promoted from Director to EVP to CEO of a private-equity backed firm in just 3 years. Now, he coaches other executives through their own leadership development journeys to achieve extraordinary results.
Adam is based in Chicago and has an MBA from Wharton and a B.S. from Northwestern University. Outside of coaching, he’s a disruptive technology enthusiast, former krav maga practitioner and improv comedian, marathon runner, and avid musician.
