Author Adam Coleman of "Black Victim To Black Victor", Op-Ed Writer, Public Speaker and Founder of Wrong Speak Publishing expresses the greatest concern for the Black community is not systemic racism, but fatherlessness.
Black families were in tact when racism was a greater societal scourge than today. The Black culture's lack of a father in the home has led to emotional trauma and substandard performances and higher rates of negative sociological impacts within the black community.

1) Help people avoid this destructive ideology.
2) Provide tools for those stuck in it to see its contradictions, reductionist viewpoint to complex issues, and the resentment and hate it foments.
3) Provide hope for those hurt by losing loved ones to this ideology.
