Adam talks to Jordan & Gaz about the brilliance of Keith Hill and David Flitcroft at Rochdale and the importance of their man management skills.

Adam also chats about his incredible spells at Rotherham and Reading where he went from playing in League Two to playing in the Premier League in the space of 12 months.

Finally, Adam speaks about how he achieved every kids dream by not only reaching the Premier League but having a successful individual season scoring 12 goals including one against his boyhood club, Manchester United.
