Thanks for stopping by. This week I'm happy to be joined by Adam Sud. Adam is a Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach and graduate of eCornell's Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate Program. He presently works with Whole Foods as a Wellness Coach providing services to Whole Foods employees seeking to get healthier. Adam is a regular guest and speaker at Rip Esselstyn's Engine 2 Plant-Based Immersion as well as keynote speaker at many Veggie Festivals.

Adam was once 310 Lbs, a Type II Diabetic, was a drug and food addict and suffered from severe depression. Join as he shares his story of how he was able to mend his own path and how he has now made it his life's mission to be of service by helping others mend their own paths as well.
