Two guests join Beverly, as we continue a story that began after she interviewed Sona Mehring, founder of CaringBridge.org, on February 20. Out of that came the story of a little boy who was posted on Caring Bridge after he received a cancer diagnosis at the age of 2 weeks. Beverly has gotten to know his family, and out of that came the story of how Angel Flight East has stepped in to rally for little Brayden, now almost 3 years old, during his flights from home to the hospital. Adam Zucker, board president of Angel Flight East, will explain how this works. We’ll also hear from the mom who considers those pilots a part of their extended family.
