In this video we discuss the importance of having a startup mindset and embracing change.  How new technologies often face resistance from naysayers, but instead of fearing them, one should focus on the opportunities they bring. I encourage you to view change as a normal part of life and to proactively seek ways to adapt and grow. I would like to emphasize the need to think entrepreneurially, regardless of one's profession or tenure, and constantly strive for improvements that can attract new customers and expand their reach.
