If we've learned anything over the past year of business and entrepreneurship it's the power of adaptability. Covid has taught most brick and mortar, in-person, or service-based entrepreneurs the power of digital income streams and why now more than ever you need multiple streams of income and backup plans in your business.
And none was hit harder than the wedding and event planning industry in 2020.
Meet Joelle Tripp. The wedding and event planner who refused to let her business die during covid adapted hard and created an excellent customer experience for her brides and couples. She's now booked in to 2022 and her business is taking off like never before. She's even been able to bring on two new team members inside of a global pandemic.
Inside today's Make Your Passion Pay You Podcast episode you'll learn:
🎙 How Joelle adapted and created a unique solution for brides inside her badass bride membership.
🎙 How she prioritized community and customer experience when everyone else was throwing in the towel.
🎙 Why it was crucial for her to own her uniqueness online and get out of her own head when it comes to building an online business.
🎙 The mindset and emotional shifts Joelle chose to partner with to see her business through among crises.

About Joelle Tripp:
Joelle definitely isn't your typical wedding and event planner. In fact, she's been described most accurately by one of her brides, Cat, who said: “she's the most perfect mix of your outrageously fun and trucker mouth cousin from the country and your cosmopolitan BFF who gasps in delight at all of your over-the-top ideas!"
She's been in the industry for six years, specializes in tent weddings all across Alberta, and focuses on creating custom experiences for both her clients and their guests. She'll have 50+ weddings under her belt, she never tires of her work and feels incredibly privileged to be creating and designing weddings for her clients that are as wild as their hearts and as big as their story.
