Is consuming high quality food a priority of yours? In today's episode I reflect on my lack of self-regulation this morning and the consequences, how happy I am to have found a place that sells wild meat where I live, how nowadays more and more scientists are growing and developing food rather than farmers and chefs, and how this new artificial food must be slowly transmuting our biological make up.
