The Cloak of the Bat is a dark brown or black cloak that grants its wearer the ability to become nearly invisible in shadows (90% chance) and fly at a speed of 15 feet. The wearer can also transform into a bat, taking all belongings along. Flying can only occur in darkness and lasts for one hour, requiring an equal rest period afterward. The cloak

provides +2 protection, even in bat form.
