First things first, Charles is off-site today for a work assignment, but that doesn't stop him from digging a headset out of the trash in order to still call in for the show.  (Apologies for any bad audio).  But it brings up an interesting conversation regarding how do you power through and stay creative when you sometimes just don't have it in you.
