Dr. Tom Kimball is the George C. Miller Family Regents Professor at Texas Tech University and the Director of the Center for Collegiate Recovery Communities in Lubbock, Texas. He is an expert in addiction and recovery and has helped lead the growth of collegiate recovery communities to include more than 60 colleges and universities.
