In this podcast I talk with Shelley about her life of addiction. We talk about everything from her childhood up until the point where she first used drugs and alcohol. We talk about all the issues and problems that her addiction caused her and how her life was affected dramatically by her addiction. We then talk about how she came into recovery and got sober. We also talk about how she is now staying sober and what she does to maintain her sobriety.
