Our good friend and longtime listener, Scott Minto, Director of San Diego State University's Sports MBA Program, joins us to discuss the benefits of furthering your education in the greatest city in America. Scott provided a peek behind the curtain on how he prepares his students for the sports world by instilling a diverse perspective and skillset. SDSU takes a different approach vs your typical Master's program allowing you the flexibility to pursue a variety of roles upon graduation. One of the aspects of the program that had Chris and Rob impressed was their emphasis on data analytics and reinforcement of how important this skill set is for the current day sports job seeker.
