This week's guest is Matt Garcia, the owner and operator of Craftsman Hardwood Flooring located in San Angelo, Texas. Despite finishing high school early and not being particularly keen on going to college, Matt decided to commit himself to becoming a third-generation flooring installer. After gaining experience in California, he relocated to Texas with his family and started his own business. With no existing reputation to rely on, he had to figure out how to make his business stand out from the competition.
